JOB DESCRIPTIONAchievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectivesEnsure efficient execution of demand generation programs to increase Rxber/ and consumer base and maximize per capitaCollections/Management of accounts receivablesManagement of promotional budgets and costsForecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/controlEnsure implementation of SFE norms and standards set thru appropriate HCP and retailexecution strategiesControl attrition and build a motivated, and committed sales team thru a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and rewardImplementation of CRM and KOL engagement plans in conjunction with marketing and medical affairs teamWill need to work in tandem with the Trade team in driving combined targets and implementing merchandising initiativesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMinimum EducationMBA/PGDMEducation LevelMajor/Field of StudyPost-GraduationSales and MarketingMinimum Work ExperienceExperienceExperience Details10 + yearsExperience and a proven track record in sales with a stint as NSM ( ideally) and/or as ZSM in at least two zonesExposure to having worked in a business involving both Rx and OTC productsExperience in a retail driven trade environment would be an added advantageShould have high analytical abilities.Must have understanding of financial and legal regulations.Should be a people s person with Strong team building/ nurturing and mentoring capabilities.Enthusiastic with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a high achievement orientation
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
