1New customer acquisitionto expand the client portfolio.Use salesforecasting or strategic planning toensure the sale and profitabilityof products,services, analyzingbusiness developmentsand monitoring markettrends.2 Managing entire customerlife cycle to establishgrowth oriented sales. Responsiblefor driving team performance on Enquires- New Customer Development,Estimation,Techno- CommercialOffer, Study &Analysisof new makes of products, AttendingTNC PNC & CNC 3 Liasoningwith various authoritiesto complete the process of the drawing approval.Support activities& an interactionwith customersto execute the order. 4 Formulate,direct and coordinatemarketingactivitiesand policiesto promote products and servicestoestablishthe brand & marketthe product. 5 Leading the team with zest. Mentoring team members.1 Achieve OI, Sales & PBIT as per the budget. 2 Collection to reach NODS of 240 days.3 Prepare budget for next three years. 4 Prepare marketing plan; identify segment specific product portfolio to meet strategic plan.Technical/Behavioural competencies required Annual Targets on each of the above deliverables
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
