Directly responsible for the companys revenue. Develop plans and strategies for achieving companys sales goals and increase market presence.Maintain and build relationships with potential, new and existing clients with primary focus on India market and gradually focusing on UAE and Southeast AsiaStrong network of potential client relationships.Understand and interpret customer requirements and be able to position salesforce as a potential solution to business needAbility to set and achieve goals with little support or supervision.Knowledge of configuration of salesforce and other relevant technologies in order to be able to build and present demo applications and proof of conceptsKnowledge of integrating with existing business hardware, software, network(s).Report and handle opportunity status, issues and risks with regards to related client demonstrationsOwn pitch process - drafting decks/written RFP responses, prepping teams with background info, and seamless communication inclusive of developing email campaigns, calling program, lead follow-up, setting up meetings, presenting the company capabilities/recommendations and closing.Identify opportunities for up selling and cross sellingMaintain and continue to develop the expertise necessary to be effective in the position including technical, industry and customer relevant knowledge.Help manage companys new business teams digital tools, including our CRM, email, and blog software platforms.Oversee team that supports, contributes and helps develop content for agency blogs and social pages, periodically refreshing existing content strategy.Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.Desired ProfileThe ideal candidate should have a solid academic foundation to degree level or higher.At least 4+ years experience working in new business or business development for a software or technology company, or related experience/field ( proven track record in Salesforce related sales with a demonstrated ability to negotiate with clients.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.Ability to write reports and proposals.Gathering and documenting high level requirementsA Self-motivated team-player who is able to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent at making presentations and delivering the same.Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and third parties.Good planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work calmly under pressure.
