- Heading the Customer Support.- Developing brand pull for the company through activities which is Technical innature, brand management and advertising plan development, implementation and tracking.- Responsible for the H&S of plant,logistics operations.- Responsible for market share position- Led teams for Product Quality Management, Product Benchmarking in Concrete, Implementation of the company's Price Management and Product Portfolio Management.- Responsible for customer services and satisfaction. - Generation of best practices, tools and processes- Effective network creation at Industry and in Government- Development of new projects/sources- People development- General Management of large team of Civil Engineers in the sales process and techno marketing of cement
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 15-20
