Job Description-Ability to understand/ diagnose the customer's technical problem and action accordingly.Responsible for individual sales revenue target (predetermined by the business).Handling irate/demanding customers - where necessary, in a tactical manner.Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring GuidelinesEmphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customers queriesOpen to feedback & learningSkills Required Should have sound knowledge of latest/upcoming products/processes & servicesShould have excellent English communication skills.Open to work in 24x7 / rotational shifts.Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in an International Voice based process.Experience in inbound Technical Sales.Bachelors Degree/3 years diploma/12th passed out in 2011 or prior/Graduation drop out.
