Industry Type Trading, Manufacturing & Consultancy Report to MD/JMD/Director Job Description Directly responsible for the company s revenue Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company s sales goals manage the use of budgets Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships Define the appropriate marketing organization for the company s maturity/. Be a role model for the company culture. Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, analyst and market research management, and website design and content either directly or on an outsourced basis. Oversee project management including market and customer research for market and project requirements, interface with engineering for project development, project pricing and project lifecycle management. Oversee project marketing including project launch management, sales training, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support. Work with the Sr. Management and the other executive team members to identify and develop strategic alliances, raise venture/public financing, communicate with BoD members, and close/grow major customer accounts. Develop and manage the Company s entire marketing budget. Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities. Act as spokesperson for the company with press and analysts and at industry events. Direct, Develop & coordinate company sales and marketing functions & Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology. Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services. Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development. Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets. Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts. Participate in the development of new project proposals. Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company. Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of Projects plans & sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs. Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five year and ten year business plans for the company
