Job Details

Responsible for supervising the day to day operations and the work of associates in the HSK Department. Provide also training, coaching, and counseling to all Tailors, Housemaids, Room Attendants, Laundry/Valet Attendants, linen attendants and Florists.Produce schedules for HSK associates and PA Attendants in accordance with staffing productivity requirements. Review and adjust staffing daily to ensure optimum staffing levels. Review assignments and make adjustment.Communicate throughout the day with Front Office and other departments to make sure total guest satisfaction. Also monitor consumption and order replacement of guest and cleaning supplies.Accomplish a set of administrative duties such as writing reports, keeping data, in relation with the role function. REQUIREMENTS Appear confident, well groomed and dressed in a smart casual manner Personality warm, welcoming, smiling and pleasant Act with integrity Communicate effectively Good Administration skills Good Knowledge of Housekeeping functions Hands-on approach to all operational aspects Good Communication Skills Initiative Self-motivated Good computer skills Good Interpersonal Skills Proficiency in Opera or Fidelio, IPS Rooms division operation planning Labor control and management Operational knowledge of Housekeeping operations Knowledge of Starwood and Westin Hotels standards Fluency in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as a minimum
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BHM (Hotel Management)

Experience: 2-6
