HR Accounting is a regional team providing support to all lines of business for Compensation and Benefit Accounting. It provides an environment where leadership, excellence, integrity and diversity are among our core principles.Management and development of staff professionalsManagement of monthly accounting processes, reporting, and analysis for areas supported and understanding of respective global balance sheetsBachelor's degree required in Accounting or Finance 1. 3 minimum years of relevant and strong experience required in accounting or finance 2. Structured mindset with process/continuous improvement orientation 3. Proven ability to interface with various partners and customers 4. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills 5. Strong analytical and financial skills with a track record of execution against deliverables 6. Creative self-starter with strong initiative, ability to take ownership and work independently as well as contribute to the broader team 7. Ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 8. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 9. Experience preferred with automated financial systems (SAP), database management, worksheet-modeling tools (Excel).Independent decision makingConducting and understanding complex accounting projects and transactionsDevelopment and documentation of policies and procedures for managed areasInsurance that financial information is fairly presented in accordance with GAAP and Firm policiesCompliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, Control Self Assessments and other internal control policiesProviding timely and accurate financial information to managementSupporting internal and external audit activities and inquiriesMaintaining effective communication linesParticipating in and documentation of project/business case reviewsEstablishment and maintenance of relationships with vendors and internal customers
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
