The role mainly encompasses general HR administrative tasks as well as administrative support to Operations and Finance when needed and you will be working in the following areasFirst point of contact for any day to day queries in our Bangalore office, working with the recruitment team to support recruitment activitiesManaging employee joining and exiting formalities for e.g. background checks, opening bank accountsPayroll for e.g. generation of UAN numbers, Form 16s PF and PT filing responsibilitiesSupporting employee benefits for e.g. add new employees onto insurance policiesTraining co-ordinate internal and external training sessionsPay Review for e.g. sending annual pay review letters to employeesTravel co-ordination for e.g. help with employee visa applicationsCover for office manager on ad hoc projects or for when he/she for example is on vacation leave
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce)

Experience: 3-5
