Job Details

Assists senior personnel in the collection, analysis, presentation and management of business relevant data. Executes the end to end process of data management and business intelligence for HR and India Market Sensing. Identifies appropriate sources of data and develops new data gathering methods for external market and ecosystem analysis.Synthes and interprets data through the recognition of trends and patterns using statistical analysis, draws conclusions, and makes preliminary recommendations. Builds statistical models to forecast trends. Develops and executes approaches to test organizational hypotheses. Identifies and implements appropriate methods and processes to use data to solve business problems. Assists in the creation of appropriate data collation and analysis strategy for business and operational intelligence.Participates in the establishment of standards, guidelines, procedures, and other infrastructure necessary to support the objective of analysis and use of data to solve business problems. Conducts internal and external research and benchmarking for organizational improvement. In addition to the above, performs human resource operations management function that may include operational activities & program execution for the HR organization. QualificationsKnowledge of data modelling and statistical methods. Ability to use spreadsheets, macros, scripting and one or more statistical packages and languages to design and implement the data analytics process. Knowledge of one or more database systems and exposure to business intelligence or operational intelligence packages will be ideal. Ability to create data visualizations and appropriate infographics to present the analysis to senior management for decision making. Experience7-8 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, HR analytics etc. Experience as Business or HR analyst in Technology sector and/or consulting experience will be a plus.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
