Business Partner role has been designed to provide strategic arm to Business Units in meeting their HR requirements. This role requires the individual to execute the HR activities in an employee life cycle, share timely reports with business of critical employee related updates and effectively execute resource management within the guidelines, policies and norms FUNCTIONAL/OPERATIONALEmployee life cycle management end to end Managing the entire range of Employee Engagement activities including HR Planning, HR Dashboards etc. Successfully design, implement and conduct the service line orientation programmed for new joiners Keeping track of employees activities in terms of confirmation, promotion, transfer and their separation Handle all employee s queries and complaintsEmployee Engagement Activities Handling Employee Communication by organizing Focus Group sessions, Meet the Leader sessions, develop action plan and ensure timely execution to address employee problems Organizing employee round tables and brown bag sessions and analyzing employee-relations trends in business unit Facilitating creation of Fun Committees on the floor and driving periodic engagement activitiesPerformance Management Administration of performance management cycles, including conducting PAS training, closure, data audit reconciliation Driving the compliance for Performance Management, PIP, action planning Compliance Administer Counseling/Performance Improvement Plans or any disciplinary proceeding in collaboration with Compliance team Ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of queries and contributing towards process improvements, also ensuring compliance of all HR processes with defined service level agreementHiring Be the first point of contact for recruitment at the operational level, conduct internal competency based assessment and support timely closure of internal and external hiringEmployee Engagement Creates and executes the employee engagement and communication calendar as per the defined strategy/ guidelines of the unit and corporate HR Collect feedback and evaluates the success of the initiatives, in order to effectively engage employees at workProjects Identify process gaps and propose changes to senior management for HR process improvementsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree with an MBA from Premier Business School 2-5 years experience in a Business Partner roleREQUIRED SKILLS Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills and has the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with business Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative Excellent written, verbal communication, high quality document and report preparation Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions
