Job Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob Purpose 1. To develop skills to provide comprehensive employment related advice and associated services in line with the corporate plan. 2. To assist with and contribute to the implementation and review of strategies and policy, including the Organisation Development and Employee strategies whilst also learning to guide and advise managers on the application and interpretation of those policies.Support and where appropriate, be involved in, disciplinary, capability and grievance investigations/ hearings as designated by the Senior HR Business Partner To monitor and carry out sickness reviews for employees in conjunction with the Line Manager and assist in reviewing complex sickness absence cases leading to capability assessment and liaising with Occupational Health Supporting and advising Managers in the organisation and external partners in employee relations matters under the guidance of the HRBPs. Support the management of change process with advice, guidance and liaison with affected employees under the guidance of the HRBPs Supporting the Senior HR Business Partner in delivering projects. Carrying out research into emerging employment legislation and best support employee strategy delivery. Supporting the Senior HR Business Partner with the company apprenticeship scheme. Carrying out first day induction for employees Supporting the Senior HR Business Partner with the Recruitment process. To work with the HRBP Systems on the development, implementation and maintenance of the HR IT system To support the HRBP Systems and the L&D Business Partner in delivering HR and IT training for the company in line with the company training plan. Providing support with pension advice and administration including contact with the company pension providers Assisting the HR Business Partners in developing initiatives to encourage good attendance at work, employee well being and the employee recognition scheme.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
