Communication & Grievanceo Developing a communication plan and ensuring its implementationo Conducting one on one meetings with the target employees and to map the concerns and its action itemso Conducting skip level meetings every quarterso Regular Floor walks to understand the pulse of the floor o Working as a bridge between COEs and business and drive the communication & action planRewards & Recognitiono To initiate the Quarterly Rewards & Recognition Ceremony at the end of the quartero To review the nominations along with the managers and process it furthero Create Posters of the winners and publishPerformance Improvement Plano Performance management, to initiate the PIP dialogue with the employeeo To prepare the PIP document and get it acknowledged by the employee and the managers to have structured meetingso HR to be part of each PIP review meeting. In case, no progress is observed, to initiate involuntary resignation processExitso To connect with the resigned employee to understand the trigger point of resignationo To conduct the exit interviews and share the exit interview feedback with the delivery team on timely basis for developing mitigation strategieso To co-ordinate the resignation clearance process of the employeePerformance Managemento Educate and conduct Townhalls on People Performance Managemento Co-ordinate and facilitate mid-year reviews with employeeso Facilitate Annual Appraisal cycle and C&B exerciseEmployee Engagemento To facilitate yearly Employee Engagement Survey and conduct open house to make employees understand the programo Encourage participation of employees in good faith.o Developing EES Action Plans post survey according to results Other HR Activitieso Employee query resolutiono Educating employees on new HR systems and handling the query regarding the sameo Maintaining the Organization structure by understanding the business needo Initiatives to improve the HR process and to keep the employees engaged
