Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on HR & ER related matters, policies and proceduresWorking with Business, assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiativesPartner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.Implement and suggest performance appraisal systems for the unit and develop incentive schemes.Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the Business / Functions and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent developmentImplement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/proceduresAssess business units human resources training needs and conduct 11 and/or group training sessions as appropriateCoordinate with Central HR team and HR vertical heads for implantation of various HR initiativesExperience with assessing and selecting talent and filling open positionsCollaborating with the Regional HR for aligning country and regional HR initiativesRequirementsMBA with a specialization in HRMinimum 10 years with atleast 5 years of generalist HR experienceStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and SAPGood understanding of the functions of a human resource within a corporate operations structure and manufacturing sites.Good understanding of Talent Management Concepts and experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, HR projects, succession planning & statutory compliance related to a manufacturing siteGood Interpersonal skills.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
