Position OverviewIn a fast growing environment with high performance culture, Fortinet is looking for an HR Director, India. The role will be based in Bangalore and will report to the HR Director, EMEA & India. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing, international, publically traded company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR Management, Labour Law and Project Management. Job Responsibilities Ensure HR services are provided in a high quality, efficient and service oriented manner for Fortinet activities in India (about 200 employees). Incumbent will participate in providing a wide range of human resources services in a customer oriented manner. Support the smooth and successful integration of newly acquired business within Fortinet. Partner with the local management and global HR team to manage the various integration projects employee relations, HR policies review, organization alignment, Full cycle recruitment, with a critical role in ensuring we hire the best and most talented individuals and we position the company as the Employer of Choice by being aware of policies, practices and trends within the high-tech industry in India. Lead projects related to implementation of local Labour legislations. Conduct detailed reviews of local policies & employment documents Ensure relevant and compliant processes are implemented. Proactively support and coach managers and regional executives on appropriate methods/solutions. Administer performance management program for divisions supported. HR Administration handle and/or oversee all HR administrative tasks from employee's recruitment until exit process, including employment contracts, benefits, payroll related operations. Proactively handle employee relations. Job Skills Required Bachelors or Master degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law or related field Bilingual English and Hindi/Kannada Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business setting required 10-15 years experience in HR Management in international companies, preferably in the high tech industry Strong analysis/problem solving skills Expert in Labour Law in India Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Team spirit Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
