StrategyUnderstands and contributes to the development of the regions business goals and derive human capital strategy from the business strategy.Works closely with BU HR to ensure seamless communication between region and BU. Service DeliveryDevelops the regions human resources strategy and executes as appropriate. Advises regional business leaders on the implications of short and long-term decisions, strategies, and large-scale change efforts that will yield sustainable business results.Partners with COEs to develop policies, programs, tools to suitably meet the unique requirements of the region. Implements and customizes COE-initiated HR plans, programs, processes, and tools to ensure business unit needs are met while remaining compliant with policy.Provide timely feedback to Shared Services and/or COE on effectiveness and value of these programs to the business. ChangeInitiates and sustains continuous dialogue with regional business unit leaders on both internal and external change issues and opportunities; develops and implements change plans.TalentAligns talent strategies around identified needs and gaps. Coaches business managers on selection tools and best fit while adapting existing talent source to meet unique business requirements. has an oversight on the regional Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure that TA activities are aligned with the Talent strategy of the region. TeamResponsible for the overall management of the HR APAC team, ensuring high levels of performance and delivery to the businessOrganization CapabilityDevelops and implements HR plans, programs, and tools to build and enhance regional organizational capability. Compensation and Benefits (Total Rewards)Develops the Total Rewards strategy in consultation with the corporate TR team, in order to meet the unique local requirements of the region.
