Please walkin from Friday 18-11-16to Wednesday 23-11-16between 1100 AMto 800 PMexcluding Saturday and Sunday. 1) JOB PURPOSEAn HR executive performs the basic functions of the HR department, handling areas such as recruitment & Employee Engagement. An HR executive is a key member of the HR department, often playing an instrumental role in many HR functions, or leading a team ofHR staff for various projects.2) ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRESPONSIVE MEDIA TECH SERVICES is an online media technology services company based in New York, with its Operations hub in Bangalore. Responsive operates as a back-office for online media publishers, advertising networks, digital agencies and online marketers around the globe, especially media companies in the US, UK, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region, mainly Australia. Our services include ad operations, creative, reporting, search marketing, email production and web design & development. Our operations hub in Bangalore operates around the clock as our teams work during the clients business hours.The office is located at RMV 2nd Stage in the vicinity of New BEL Road.RecruitmentGetting requirement from the line manager for new openings with necessary approval of stakeholders & business head for every manpower requirement with respect to individual projects. Sourcing profiles through In-house (Internal)/job portals / consultants /Employee references /On-Campus /Outsourcing to close the new requirements.Coordinating for scheduling interview & manage complex interview schedules scheduling telephone and face to face interviews and blocking calendars of specific interviewer.Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview.Ensuring all the selected resumes are updated in the HR Response tool with all the background details of the candidateEnsure closing of positions within stipulated period.Conducting references check and BGV for the selected candidates.Employee Relation & Engagement ActivitiesCoordinate and arrange for the reward and recognition programs.Co-ordinate and resolve the HR Issues of team individualsCo-ordinate, communicate & implementation all policies and process to employee.Ensuring all grievance issues are addressed and provide solutionCollection of nomination for the awards as per the Awards strategyInitiate the awards monthly wise, quarter wise & annually with the necessary approvals of reward amount.Creating yearly event calendar for Responsive and organizing events for the teamOrganizing for the award celebration and driving members for gathering events 3) KnowledgeCandidate who have knowldge with any of the services such as Creative Services,Ad Operation, Web Development, Search Operations, Email Operations and Reporting will have added advantage. 4) Competencies RequiredCandidate who is good with communication as well as Interpersonal skills, Listening skills, Probing skills,Target-driven, Relationship building skills, Time Management, Problem Solving skills and Team working Skills. 5) Education Qualification MBA in Human Resource / Any GradOffice AddressResponsive Media Tech Services,#563/564, 3rd Floor, Niran Arcade,RMV 2nd Stage, New BEL Road,Bangalore - 560094Ph 9886652876/ 080-41279388.Landmark Opposite to HP Petrol Bunk, Building besides Bank of Baroda, New BEL Road of Deva Sandra Stop Signal near MS Ramaiah Hospital.
