Responsible for the complete gamut of HR activities right from driving the Recruitment process, Employee Engagement, Performance Management & Employee Development, Compensation & Benefits initiatives, Driving Employee Communication forums,Policies &Employee Training, Reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesGood understanding of HR function and Ability to understand & work in a multitasking environmentHandle Entire Recruitment Life Cycle Right from - Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing Profiles,Conducting HR Interviews, Candidates Tracking & Follow-ups.Excellent Negotiation Skills, Need to Monitor local Incentive Plan Payouts.Handle Employee Joining formalities Drive & Manage Positive Employee Relations StrategyDrive Employee Referrals through rigorous communication & Maintaining Database.Strong Ability to Co-ordinate & Conduct Employee Beneficial Programs like Training/ Counseling/Performance Review Meetings etc.,o People Management & Influencing skills with Highly Positive attitudeAbility to Retain Key talent through Various Recruitment Strategies like Portals, Social Networking, Job Fairs & Hosting Walk-in'sWork closely with Staffing Managers to ensure all positions are closedProvide guidance to the team members regarding challenges or opportunities involving employee issuesPlanning & Implementing Reward & Recognition program Driving Communication & fun activities on the floor to ensure Employee motivationConducting Employee Engagement Programs.Coordinate and ensure delivery of New hire Orientation/on Boarding sessionsMust HaveHR/Recruitment experienceExcellent English skills (written and spoken) with Good LookingComputer Literacy (Excel, Word,PPT )High motivation & ProfessionalismSound Communication & Interpersonal skillsStrong Individual Performer who can drive team sucessfully.Attention to Every detail and AccuracyTime and Priority ManagementGood planning and Organization skills
