Job Details

Responsible for HR Operations activities-Training & development, Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management, Joining and Exit Formalities.Management of Employee Queries (Payroll, Leave, Attendance, PF, Gratuity etc. ) and resolution of the same within the TAT.Support to Prepare for Payroll ReportsEffective Vendor Management to deal with HR Operations Related Vendors.Extend necessary support to other colleagues as and when requiredMaintenance of Trackers on a real time basisShould have minimum 2 years experience in Payroll & Compliance management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Flexible with timings.Should be self contributer.Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
