This role has overall responsibility for complete TA back office operations. This includes responsibility for ensuring that candidates footfall is captured, candidates are on-boarded as per the guidelines, appointment letters, ID creation, and employee file managementEntry of joining feedback for all the new joiners at associate levelValidation of offer entry data through ICR / manual entry if immediate offer.Ensure that all resume IDs are generated within the SLAProcess the resume ids till offer-madeCreate SAP IDs till fitment stage for the new joinersVerification of originals and collecting required photocopies along with relevant forms on documentation dayIssue Medical lettersPreparation of appointment letters and distributing the same on Orientation day.Activation of pro-active employee ids or generating employee ids on DOJInitiate BGV within the TAT.Ensure that no FLI (First Level Insufficiencies) are there during BGV initiationRespond to SLI (Second Level Insufficiencies) and clear them as per TATKeep a track of out of SLA cases and follow-up for early releaseBGV tracker to be updated on daily basis and shared for K-Net uploadRaise SIR (Security Incident Report) for BGV RED cases and forward the same to Talent Acquisition and Human Resource FunctionForward Amber / Orange reports to Talent AcquisitionSkills requiredGood knowledge of MS Office.2-5 years of exp in HR domainCommunication, interpersonal, and team working skills.Relevant professional qualification or equivalent.Broad knowledge of HR back office operations.
