JOB DESCRIPTIONManpower planning, sourcing and recruitment according to the approvals given by the HODsTaking preliminary round of interview and basing on that arranging interviews with the concerned HOD s and coordinating for selection.Salary negotiationIssuing of appointment letters to the new joinees.Monitoring and updating the list of new joiners, rejoinees and resignations.Conducting induction sessions with new joiners to disseminate HR Policies and Procedures.Responsible for joining formalities.Responsible for taking Exit interviews and taking necessary actions.Preparing various MIS reports like Attrition report, new joinees report, Resignation Report, Recruitment Report, Headcount report and other reports of employees.Collecting all inputs data from all branches and corporate office across AP and compiles all data into payroll software.Preparation of Increment details for employees once a yearProvide the human resources/payroll manager/ superiors reports and backup for miscoded earnings, deductions and taxes after each payroll.Audit manual checks to ensure that all checks and voids are inputted in thepayroll system.Audit the stock entries in the human resources/payroll system to ensure that all entries are processed and inputted accurately.Play a key role in yearend auditing by providing required data to the superiors.Process stop payments payroll system when the payroll manager is notavailable with his confirmation.Provide ad-hoc human resources/payroll reports as requested.Liaison with government authority for ESI & PF.Maintain and update of statutory records.Co-ordinating legal advisor on legal matters.Preparation of PF monthly and annual returns.Preparation of ESI monthly statement.Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the purpose of Auditing
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: B.Com. (Commerce)
