Responsibilities Act as the HR partner of respective Business leaders and leadership team to build an innovative, performance-driven, dynamic and high-impact organization Drive the organizational development agenda, through delivery of comprehensive learning &development programs at all levels with effective partnering with Talent Management CoE Understanding the factors that impact the business and financial performance of theorganization and initiate interventions based on that. Review and develop the HR organization, process, system and infrastructure to ensureoperational excellence in HR processes and maintain a robust HR governance framework Using business knowledge and understanding to drive strategies for the business Work with business teams on developing business strategiesAnnual OperatingPlan (AOP) and Strategic Plan (STRAP) & align HR Priorities with the same. Facilitates alignment of organizational structure, processes, systems, people, and culture withkey business priorities.Analyze and identify people requirements within a given business area, and cooperate with business leaders on the design, development and implementation of appropriate solutions Develop, promote and monitor the implementation of HR policies and practices that will enable the business to attract, retain and motivate talent at all levels and comply with relevant employment laws and regulations Roll out and implementation of all HR processes to the business Deploy pan India HR Initiatives as required using local, regional and business HR resourcesProvide prioritization, leadership and focus to drive organization development through staffing and compensation initiatives in partnership with India CoE s Ensure the Honeywell one country HR model is aligned to the PMT business strategy and delivers results to support UOP & AM India business Take ownership for development and implementation of organizational talent strategy and planning in conjunction with SBU/Functional HR Leaders and INDIA business leaders, lead cross functional and cross business MRR (Management Resource Review) and talent development initiatives for India region Provide executive coaching and strategic HR support to UOP India leaders; engagement model (sitting on LT meetings). Represent UOP & AM on various teams across India including One Country Model implementation teams & globally. Leadership direction (MOS) for regional business and processes, in partnership with global, Functional and COE HR leaders, including talent management, organization design, succession planning, learning, labor relations strategy and compensation strategy and planning Develop succession planning for leadership and critical roles Own and lead HR performance improvement metrics for UOP India including PER, OEF, HR VoC, census, staffing cycle times, etc. Single point of contact for UOP HR in IndiaKey Attributes Exceptional partnership skills with line leaders and HR leaders within India region and across the globe Understands and leverages the broader HR organization (specialist, functions/Centers of Excellence, shared services) Provides facilitation skills, maintains positive employee relations, and develops employee engagement and involvement Demonstrates strong influencing skills when interfacing with key leaders Building global organizational capability through organization assessment, development of talent pipeline, and management of strategic staffing initiatives Demonstrating Honeywell core values and fostering Six Sigma Plus, Continuous Improvement, and Learning at all levels Fostering teamwork and career development within the extended HR team. Support the HR Transformation through creative partnering with the COEs and HR Shared ServicesPosition may require up to 25% travelQualificationsBachelor s degree required and Masters degree strongly preferred. A concentration in Labour Relations, Human Resources, Organization Development, Learning, or related discipline also preferred.
