Reporting to the VP of HR, the HR Manager will have a strong background of demonstrated people leadership, having driven successful HR programs at an explosive-growth start up. The HR Manager will be an extremely influential leader and an extraordinary champion of AppDirect s culture and values Humility, True North, Intensity, Positive Mental Attitude (PMA), and Ownership.What youll doChampion AppDirect s values and culture; continue to grow our ability to attract and retain a high performance, engaged team.Own on-boarding and new hire orientation for all new team membersOversee immigration and compliance programs and policies throughout the entire employee lifecycle.Partner with our HR leadership to deliver a total rewards strategy to ensure talent attraction and retentionDevelop and lead programs pertaining to employee training, development and leadershipOversee office manager and facilities manager - providing day-to-day support and strategic guidance for the team.Provide leadership and direction in the development and implementation of policies, processes, and systems to build the infrastructure necessary to support a high-growth organization.What you needBachelors degree required, Master s degree preferred.5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions at a high growth technology company and leading a team of HR professionals across all HR disciplines.Requires outstanding interpersonal, coaching, relationship-building, and listening skills with the ability to communicate and influence at a senior management level.Proven results within all HR disciplines, such as, recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, diversity, compensation, engagement, safety, training, organizational planning / development, benefits, performance management, training, and employment practices.Proven ability to remain objective, discrete and exercise excellent judgment at all times. Able to develop strong, trusting relationships within the department and organization
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
