Responsible for end-to-end Employee Relations & engagement activities related to Workmen, staff and Managers at the warehouse.- Maintaining all statutory compliance and submission of all statutory returns. Responsible for statutory compliance, records under various labor law, all Govt. Inspections and Audits.- Ensure a highly engaged and skilled workforce through imparting behavioral and functional trainings in consultations with technical training team and operations leaders.- Query Handling/ Resolution of Grievances at all levels- Implementation of HR policies (Recruitment(Blue Collar Hiring) Selection, Performance Appraisal, Compensation Management, Leave Policy, Travel Policy etc.) for bringing out the best from employees.- Responsible for effective and efficient HR administration by proactively implementing existing policies and improving them if required.- Ensure a cohesive, positive and collaborative working environment through effective employee connect and engagement.- Coaching and guidance to HR team members and development of operations leaders.- Liaison with govt. departments and other key external stake holders.- HR business partnering - Do proper planning and provide skilled crew in consultation with operations leaders as per business requirement. Work with TPC vendors for temporary warehouse manning and ensure all statutory compliances.- Data analysis to understand trends and take corrective actions wherever required in consultation with operations leaders.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
