Job Details

Conducting interviews. Issues of Appointment Letters/ Offer Letter / confirmation letter/ relieving letter. Giving induction to new joiners. Making MIS ( Salary, Invoice, new joining & left, Client) Taking Resignation, Relieving letter & reference check of all new joiners Taking care of payroll. Taking care of Welfare Activities. Taking care of statutory Compliances. Regular Meeting with Clients on call or as & when required. Grievance Management. Managing Company Vehicle & Transportation Monthly meeting with Sub vendors. Preparation & submission of monthly PF & ESI Challans towards remittance of PF& ESI contributions. Submission of ESI Half Yearly Return & PF Annual Returns. Submission of Returns under Contract Labour Act. Submission of Returns under Labour Welfare Act. Taking new Labour License and renewal of Labour License under Contract Labour Act. Handling of Legal Cases. To get Inspection by ESI, PF, Labour Departments, Healh Department under relevant Act. Liasoning with Local Govt. Bodies. Managing Housekeeping, Canteen, Security, Guest House & Dispensary.
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
