Key AccountabilitiesThe HRManager for MSGD is accountable for building and driving execution of a holistic People Strategy forthe business, spanning people development and engagement, culture, talent management and overall organization development.Contribute perspective and business requirements to the development of the annual HR plan for the organization.Lead and deliver lateral work across the sub for identified ROBs (e.g. Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee / Manager Development or Talent Planning and Management, etc)Talent Management Enable business to attract, retain and develop top talent to achieve business results today and in the future.Work with leaders to create a culture that is inclusive and values diverse perspectives.Organization Effectiveness Systemically diagnose business and organizational issues; design and implement solutions that shape culture, build organization capability and enable business results.Leverage HRBI to identify and address core opportunities and challenges.Deliver core HR programs at scale that support employee and manager capability, best in class performance management and employee relations.Collaborate across the matrix to land the people plan, including but not limited to partnership with staffing team, GHRO/Shared Services, L&D and C&B teams, and with L&D/HiPo teams at Corp for specific populations.Work closely with leaders and teams to understand the pulse of the business and then build and execute thoughtful engagement plans that also enable retentionAs needed, develop and deliver change management plan, communications, coaching leaders, managing re-deployment and workforce reduction, partnering with LCA, etc.Compliance Role model complaint behavior and for the business, collaborate with appropriate groups to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure 100% compliance in HR areas.
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
