Job Details

HR Manager must ensure that all HR Processes i.e. Recruitment, Employee Relations, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Performance, Training and all Statutory compliances ( Including ESI/PF/Labour Contracts etc where ever applicable) are handled efficiently. He/She should have hands on experience on PMS (Performance Management System) and should liaison with the government officials (labour commissioner etc) to ensure that all the statutory compliances are coordinated and completed on time.
