Recruitment across all business of Acute & Chronic Segment like Gastro, Pain Management, Diabetes, Arthritis, piles, Constipation, General segment or Vaccine- Pediatrics etc. including sales, marketing, Medico marketing, training, sales admin and travelMaintaining HR MIS- Database, attrition, tracker, cost analysis report etc.Handling trade union /IR Issues, employee grievance and conflict managementHandling internal assessments, promotions, Annual appraisals, fixation, policy etc.Handling Induction, confirmation and ExitAttendance and Leave report and Monitoring and providing data to HR for payrollAnalyzing the FW of the field employees and preparing observation reports & reviewImparting scientific knowledge training across levels on our Brands and competition during induction programRole & responsibilityRecruitmentResponsible for Talent acquisition for all levels of in Acute and Chronic segment/ Vaccine segment including all performance enabling functions based at Head officeJoining ProcessEnsuring all the processes have been followed and all required tools has been given to the new joiner within the TAT -Creation of e-mail Id / SFA password / Appointment letter / Imprest Cash / New joinee details in Share Point / Informing all internal / external departments about the new joineeEmployee Queries and ConcernIssues / Concerns related to - Salary, monthly expense, LTA, Medical, Salary Advance, Leave, Medi claim, SFA, Employee referral, Notice pay waiver off, Confirmation appraisal, Transfers, New H.Q creation, Provident Fund, Holidays Tentative list, Individual basis companies Id card, employment letterBehavioral Competencies Required Personally motivated and Positive attitudeResults and goals orientedProactiveExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred candidates 1) Candidate from Pharmaceutical industry in Sales HR Role (Acute & Chronic or Vaccine only) with exposure to Field HR.2) Flexible candidate. Open for travelling PAN India3) Preferred co- Abott, Cipla, Zydus, Novartis etc.4) Preferably a candidate who has moved from Sales to Field HR.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
