RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESIn collaboration with other senior leaders and in an ongoing understanding of company goals/challenges, develops organizational development and learning plans that are strategically aligned and prioritized for greatest impact.Conducts learning needs assessments to identify divisional and organizational training necessary to achieve or accelerate progress towards goals. Conducts research and recommends organizational development and learning programs and target audiences.Helps guide leaders to effective organizational development and learning investment decisions and prioritization by forecasting net benefit and/or return on expectations.Develops, facilitates, and/or coordinates organizational development and learning programs through vendors that help drive achievement of strategic business goals and operational objectives. Develops train-the-trainer programs to maximize the exponential benefit of integrating internal subject-matter experts into the organizational development and learning plan.Manages the approved organizational development and learning plan, including associated schedules and budgets.Ensures planned impact is achieved by measuring progress against targeted goals (participant/manager feedback, application of learned skills, impact analysis, etc)Proactively engages technology, alternative delivery methods, and existing organizational resources to maximize impact.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Organization Effectiveness, or related areaMinimum 10 years progressive experience in classroom training/presentations that includes curriculum developmentPrior management/supervisory experience preferred.Experience in assessment, design, development and execution of organizational development strategies and initiatives and collaborating with leaders to integrate into the organization.Excellent large and small group facilitation skills ensuring objectives are met by guiding the planning and activities of leadership while tailoring training towards the participants.Ability to engage diverse audiences.Energetic self-starter able to determine training needs and the method for delivery using creative methods that will result in effective facilitation and impact.Excellent communication skills able to articulate verbally, non-verbally, and written to individuals and groups for optimal impact, understanding, retention, and results.Professionalism able to partner with executives and leaders and work effectively with a wide array of individuals
