About the RoleAs a member of the Compensation team, the role incumbent would be expected to carry out the following activitiesPayroll Verification of inputs and advice to Payroll CellMaintain and manage Employee Database ManagementVerification and re-structure the Compensation & Benefits as per policy guidelines / statutory obligationsMonitor benefits and its applicability for the employees at various levelsAnnual Performance AppraisalPrepare HR Dashboard and MIS reportsEmployees InsuranceRetainers contracts and Lease RentalsOut-sourced employees payrollCustomer relationships and vendor managementFacilitate for the Actuarial Valuation and Financial ProvisionsLeave ManagementLoans/Reconciliation with FinanceFull & Final SettlementsProvide data to consultant on various Acts under Statutory ComplianceDesired ProfileThe candidate should possess the following attributes1.Should have experience in SAP end user (PM and OM)2.Should have excellent written and oral communication skills3.Should have good networking skills4.Should be aggressive and target oriented5.Must possess good interpersonal skillsQualification & ExperienceGraduate. 5-8 years experience in a similar role.
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
