The HR Operation Manger is accountable for the implementation and the interpretation of the existing Human Resource policies on a day-to-day basis. He is responsible of overseeing the administration of recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, safety and personnel research, governmental reporting, and employee relations.Key Performance and Results AreaMaintains positive employee through employee activities, employee recognition programs, andor communication forums and provides advice concerning matters with employee discipline and conflict resolution in order to preserve a safe people management system.Assists TM team with salary planning, job evaluations, performance appraisal systems, and benefits administration.Provides guidance in matters of employment law and ensures that reporting requirements are completed in areas such as employment and employee separation.Serves as liaison with the communities or outside agencies regarding HR activities or programs.Acts as a change agent and enforcer for policies.


KNOWLEDGE, Skills and ExperienceEducation Bachelor degree in Business Administration (in Human Resources will be a plus). Language English (must), Portuguese (plus).Knowledge Minimum 5 years of experience in different fields of HR.Computer Skills Microsoft tools.General Knowledge of different HR functions. Competencies High interpersonal skills.Effective at building and maintaining good working relationships with people at all level.Ability to manage and develop people.Sets and maintains high performance work standards.Takes initiative.Flexible and adaptable.
