Role DescriptionManage team of administrators, responsible for HR operational processes in the following areas/subjects- Data Audit Production and Distribution- System Troubleshooting Support- Data Mass Upload Coordination- Other processes to be appointed.It is expected as a Team Manager that the person will be able to ensure- All standard and agreed processes are followed correctly by the team members;- All SLAs and agreed delivery standards are met by the team;- Workforce planningo be able to ensure that there is enough coverage in the team for the various processes;o Work prioritization is coordinated;- The identification of processes improvements and propose them;- The escalation of issues as and when they occur. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree required with 2-3 years of HR business experience, preferably in HR Operations or Data Analytic capacity.Communication/client relationship skills Ability to build trusting relationships and interact/negotiate with HR partners.The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.Must be a team player who enjoys high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment.Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills.Must have a sense of urgency when working on assigned tasks.Comfortable with learning new systems and technologies.Ability to work independently to figure things out and be comfortable to propose solution.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills a must.
