Become HR Direct functional expert to fulfill Tier 3 responsibilities Oversight and management of day to day activities of escalations and requests. This includes tracking and monitoring requests for updates, managing the feedback functionality and ensuring all work is done timely and accurately. Identify trends and recommend and implement improvements based on escalations, requests, inquiries and your own experiences Responsible for participating in testing which would include completing all assigned scenarios, identifying defects, identifying possible user challenges, and signing off before implementation Assist requesters in pulling requirements together and creating their Business Requirements Document (BRD) to ensure smooth reviews by the team Troubleshoot escalations and work to resolve quickly or determine if technical escalation is required Provide design feedback by keeping in mind the requester s requirements and Honeywell User Experience (HUE) directives Provide guidance and recommendations based on the many projects and initiatives in progress or forthcoming Engage business users to include Employees, Managers and HR Generalists when necessary to resolve issues more efficiently Maintain work while working with technology, multiple deadlines, various challenges, and clearly defined schedulesQualificationsBasic Qualifications 3 5 Years of experience within HR Services and/or Information Technology Bachelor degree Experience in communicating with customers Successful experience working within a virtual and global teamAdditional Qualifications Strong organizational skills Must demonstrate very strong level of initiative and potential for growth Ability to assume responsibility for and complete a variety of simultaneous projects with limited supervision in a timely manner Very strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and quality of work Able to take initiative and play a problem solving role Exceptional Customer Focus and Service skills Possess solid interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to develop strong, cross-company professional relationships
Degree: ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | B.Sc. (Science)

Experience: 3-5
