Responsible for the delivery of new products, the Product Manager will accurately plan and execute projects effectively, Should be able to work across multiple disciplines, organizational groups and with external partners.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand specific opportunities and customer needs for assigned products.Articulate business opportunities and needs into market requirements and high quality scope documents with concise and clear definitions for the technical teams to implement.Drive business requirements from conception to implementation.Lead high-performance cross-functional teams working closely with partners to leverage emerging technologies by creating unique value in add-on products.Create, manage, and communicate the short term and long term roadmaps for all assigned products.Enthusiastically support the sales team by helping communicate the value and feature/functionality of solutions.Actively participate in company marketing and sales events to promote and solicit feedback.Regularly brief the management team about competitors' offerings and industry trends for mobile and web solutionsDesign the Product and define the product vision, Roadmap and Release Plan.Manage Release Plan for effective delivery.Market Analysis, Business Cases, Profit & Loss Investigation.Customer and Market Research.Write Product Requirements Documents.Work with Engineering to finalize functional and technical specifications.Competitive analysis.Analysis of technology trends.Run alpha / beta programs and incorporate early customer feedbackInterface with external vendors, partners, and customers, as well as other internal teams.Must be able to travel 20% of the time.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.Product Management and/or Project Management qualification preferred.HRIndustry and company knowledge.Business analysis and business case development.Understand Technology architecture, technology trends.Business process architecture.Organizational design.Excellent communication skills.Team player who is willing to deliver on organization wide objectives.Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders.Ability to rapidly explore and evaluate new technologies.Extraordinary problem solving skills, being able to rapidly address issues.A "can-do" spirit including high self-standard and excellent decision making skillsAbility to dive deep but maintain focus on the important details and business objectives.Creativity, persuasiveness with the ability to manage and channel team motivation.
