Deliver critical HR projects on scope, on budget and on time; achieving significant and measurable ROIWith support of Account Manager, work through initiation through chartering (team structure, resources, finances, etc.)Manage execution, go-live, hyper-care and closure of projects according to HRDP project methodologyLearn to evidence project value with 3-5 key metrics (right, fast, implementation risk and specific focus on user experience)Manage cross functional collaboration with CoE's. SBG's and TechnologyDefine project structure by identifying required project resourcesCreate and communicate clear and attainable project objectivesBuild the project requirements including project success measures and proven ROIEngage additional resources as needed and define/implement change mgt strategyManage overall project progress and develop, execute and track project plansOngoing review of project progress with Domain Account Manager and Sponsor(s)Prepare deck and present during Phase Gate review meetings for each phase of the projectPresent project progress at monthly leadership meeting (BDW)Pro-actively manage escalationsIdentify baseline and measure project benefitsPartner with peers to leverage knowledge and standards to promote consistent, quality deliverables across all projectsAbility to lead team of subject matter experts in HR, IT, Finance, and other disciplines in core team meetings and deliverables, while having no direct management ownership for the team membersGreenbelt training project and certification, if not already certifiedActively participate in PMO CI Program; continual improvement of processes & tools; align to Methodology, SWI's, & MOS; focus on service to stakeholders, R&F and HUECoordinate weekly POPs and circulate to HRS LT; on a rotating basis within the teamMinimum 2-4 years experience as project manager or equivalent/experience with proven record of accomplishment - Bachelors degree required - Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project - Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English Preferred Qualifications - PMI certification - Working knowledge of Visio - Greenbelt Certification - Action oriented, quick learner who has experience in driving change and delivering bottom line savings - Project management skills, demonstrated initiative, ownership & accountability - Demonstrated ability to work with and organize the work of a project team to produce required results - Analytical problem-solver with critical thinking - Ability to envision business processes as an end to end system and re-engineer into more efficient and productive workflow - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated ability to influence others to meet challenging goals
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
