Job OverviewThe qualified candidate will provide guidance and support to business stakeholders based out of Qualcomm's Bangalore Design Centre (BDC) on all people related matters impacting their business. The incumbent would advise employees and managers (where applicable) on HR programs, guidelines, policies, processes including performance management, rewards, talent management and would be expected to facilitate various employee engagement initiatives in partnership with employee interest groups. The ideal candidate should haveExcellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically in the deployment of various HR programs;The ability to recommend and implement HR solutions based on stakeholder requirement;Excellent client interaction skills; think and act strategically in the deployment of various HR programs and is process oriented and organized;The ability to professionally manage details and deliver to expectations;Excellent communication skills; the ability to build and manage relationships and influence change.ResponsibilitiesBusiness partner to managers to implement various employee lifecycle processes like Performance Management, Rewards, Talent Management etc.Work with managers to resolve interpersonal conflicts as may arise in the team. Counsel and coach employees/managers as needed on career related or policy related matters.Work with the managers to design and deliver appropriate interventions to build a strong and cohesive team Interact with employees on a regular basis to understand concerns and highlight those to the Sr. Management / HR Leadership with the goal of implementing corrective action.Facilitate various employee engagement activities for Bangalore in partnership with employee interest groups.Minimum Qualifications3-5 years of HR Generalist experience.Preferred QualificationsHR experience in the hi tech industry preferred.Education RequirementsMaster's degree in Human Resources or equivalent from a premier institution.
