Job Purpose To provide operational support of HR processes to Business To manage the Service Desk & troubleshoot issues related to RPG Talentone. To ensure smooth running & upgradation of services on RPG TalentOne (SuccessFactors Portal) ensuring internal customers get optimal benefit.To develop the HR service delivery organization within Company.Key Responsibilities Specify systems, processes and methodologies, to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery. Manage the configuration of live Success factors modules by adhering to the policy guidelines.& documenting any configuration changes. Design, developand implementation of user support and training manuals. Deliver training to end users in support of use of the application, or upgrades. Provide functional, application and business expertise on Employee Central and TalentOne modules for end users support. Manage SuccessFactors change requests (new features, configuration settings, modifications to existing features) & implementation of new/upgraded modules. Developing/Maintaining Role-Based Permissions (RBP) frame work for all the modules Collaborate with SuccessFactors to resolve issues. Working on all level of incidents and providing solution on priority. Conduct trainings on Performance Module (PM) /Goal Module (GM), Succession Planning (SP) / Career Development Planning (CDP), Compensation Module, Recruitment Module, Learning Management Module, Employee Profile(EP) for key stakeholders. Defining service level agreements (SLAs) related to services and escalation matrix. Problem and Incident management ensuring that SLA s are achieved and internal client expectations are met (or exceeded). Management (Creation &updation) of Organization & Employee data in EC. Ensure compliance & accuracy on data in EC and EP through periodic audits. Lead the support team on all requests pertaining to data& reports.Knowledge (Technical / Functional) Strong working knowledge of Human Resources, Performance Management, Learning Management and Recruitment processes, Benefits Administration, Time & Attendance and HR Digitization. Working Knowledge in design, development, deployment and operations of SuccessFactors or any similar HR ERP (such as PeopleSoft, etc.) Ability to promote knowledge management initiatives, particularly through cultivating a culture of information and knowledge sharing.Strong analytical and quantitative skills Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, test system patchesStaff Reporting 2Experience RequiredMinimum 8-10 years of experience in a functional HRMS role with a proficiency in project implementation.Essential - MBA in HRDesirable - Strong working knowledge of Success Factors Modules like Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Recruitment or any other similar ERP Software (PeopleSoft, SAP ESS etc.)
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
