OHR Data management- Analyze and enter employee transactions applying global business and payroll rules and policies in Oracle HRIS system (new hires, changes/adds/updates/terminations etc.) Work closely with Staffing Team and onboarding teams to ensure timely creation of employee IDs & set employees in payroll system for timely processing of salary Create, maintain and update workflow form OR direct entries into OHR for these transactions Complete daily work assignments using multiple systems simultaneously as per SLA set Support client HR groups for all issues raised regarding employee records Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with records in HRIS working with global team & OHR Leader Drive ownership of OHR data for all GE entities on an end to end basis; generate and analyze metrics on data quality and take corrective actions. Drive OHR data maintenance for one or more groups (across businesses)on an end to end basis; generate & analyze metricsPayroll & Interpay- Understand and develop strong knowledge of payroll system requirements to enable accurate data processing in OHR (Field Mapping in all the systems OHR-Interpay-Payroll vendor) Manage payroll inputs every month & error reconciliation for client groups handled for processing monthly payroll & work on sync reports Support new business unit integrations to payroll system to ensure smooth transitions, as neededHR Ops processes Support all HR Operations processes, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained based on compliance with relevant legal and GE policy requirements. Drive a culture of customer service excellence within the team. Work with vendors to have the HR Ops process transactions completedOthers- Develop best practices and process improvements Provide ad hoc reports (if any) for client HRM if needed Role entails undergoing rotations in handling different client groups & different processQualifications/Requirements Bachelor s Degree in HR with at least 3 years of experience in OHR administration/data entry/HR Ops processes or customer service role & other tools. Strong knowledge & work experience of OHR front end application/hierarchy/ Work structure, Webi, HR analytics & all other downstream systems of GE applications Should have a sound knowledge of payroll system & functioning. Outstanding accuracy skills & eye for details Customer service focus with controllership mind set and positive can-do attitude Ability to work within time constraints to meet daily objectives Well versed with Microsoft Excel /Word and web-based applications Flexibility in order to meet customer needs and deadlines is a MUST Previous high-level transaction processing experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated analytical abilityCompliance Specific Goals- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required Follow all confidentiality and data privacy rulesDesired Characteristics Masters degree, MBA or other advanced degree Analytical and strategic thinking skills Familiarity with individual GE business products, strategy and priorities (internal only) Comprehensive understanding of and ability to assimilate local regulatory and compliance requirements into an ongoing operational framework. Cultural awareness & sensitivity ability to flex style to suit differing cultural norms and experience of leading a culturally diverse team
