Job Details

1. Ensure that organisation complies with all applicable employee related statutes PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Statutory Bonus, minimum wages etc.a. It includes monthly remittances on time online payment, physical payment at places etc.b. Filing of returns/challans on timec. Maintaining required registers at CO as well as branchesd. Updating required details on government sites2. Ensure that employees PF claims / transfer requests are processed & submitted to appropriate authorities3. Ensure that employees are registered on ESI portal, temporary I-card is created and shared with employees4. Will be responsible for benefits management Group Mediclaim, GPA, Gratuity etc.a. Monthly addition / deletion datab. Claim settlement5. Insurance - Will look after office package policy
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
