ResponsibilitiesParticipate in Workday HCM implementation providing support on compiling historical data and validating data accuracy; conducting testing on business processes, custom reports and dashboardsGenerate weekly/monthly/quarterly or ad-hoc Workday custom reports; Schedule custom reports based on the requirements; Able to troubleshoot report issuesSolid understanding of Workday business process; Perform and maintain employee data entries and changes, including enter new hires, initiate job changes (i.e., transfer, promo, movement, etc.), terminate employees, etc.Required SkillsWorkday Certification Desirable (Not Mandatory)5-7 year minimum total HRIS experience with increasing responsibility2-3 year minimum working experience within WorkdayProficient in Microsoft Office suiteAvailable to work on either Rotational or Fixed work hoursAdvanced Excel skills. (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and other complicated formulasHR System Report and Dashboard creation and automationStrong knowledge of HR Business ProcessesStrong Communication Skills (verbal and written)Strong analytical skillsProven ability to be a problem solverExceptional attention to details Perform simple to complex data manipulation and aggregation from multiple data sources by using excel or other analytics toolsHelp build and report the metrics used by HR to communicate the trends and areas of improvement to watch within the organizationTrain managers and leaders on core Workday functionalities (i.e. View org chart, worker profile, etc.), compensation (i.e. Focal process, comp change, etc.), talent management (i.e. Create goals, approve feedback check-in process, etc.) and dashboard (i.e. Workforce, attrition)
