? Partner with HR Functional and HRIS Technical Leads to provide Workday reporting guidance and consultation to HR stakeholders and partners? Build reports and dashboards using Workday report writing tools? Maintain reports, dashboard and run ad-hoc reporting requests? Assist with developing and maintaining reporting lifecycle, governance, and roadmap? Drive process and system efficiencies/best practices which promote data integrity and ensure delivery of accurate reporting of data? Work directly with internal customers to provide technical support, research, troubleshoot, and resolve report issues in a timely manner? Manage operation of tasks proficiently, efficiently and with full accountability for results? Ensure processes and procedures adhere to defined audit and internal controls? Partner with HRIS team members to develop consistency and standardization of processes and services across HRIS teamExperience - ? Requires 1+ years of Workday report writing experience with strong working knowledge of calculated fields, dashboards, custom report design standards and best practices? Requires 2+ years of previous analytics experience with enterprise reporting tools for ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft reporting tools, SQL)? Requires 2+ years HRIS/IT experience, domestic and global? Strong consultative skills and the ability to build solid relationships with the HR team, cross-functional internal partners and customers? Proven experience with a variety of HR software solutions
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Sc. (Science)
