Job Details

HR Sr. Contact Center Specialist will be responsible in addressing and resolving HR Related issues and inquiries via email and chat support. The support would include Payroll, HR Administration, Learning, Compensation etc. Further, track, follow-up with HRS Delivery teams, HRGs and COEs to resolve customers outstanding issues in a timely fashion. Handle all the HR issues and inquiries via Email and Chat Support. Ensure to provide excellent customer service in timely and accurate manner Have End to End Ownership of the issues and inquiries and ensure closure only once its complete Track, follow-up and resolve customer s outstanding issues in a timely fashion. Escalate to Experts/Technology/Vendors on time, for issue resolution, which is out of scope. Adhere to prescribed Standardized Work and support in keeping the documentation up-to-date. Adhere to prescribed CRM Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Critical to Quality (CTQ) elements. Support Case Deflection by providing the inputs to Knowledge Management Focal
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
