Quality SpecialistHRSD is focused on ensuring a culture of excellence in the department. We are thus creating a Quality team to enhance review of our processes & controls, effectively plan & implement process improvement projects across the board and more importantly create a culture of quality in the team.The Quality team will be responsible for benchmarking, monitoring, reporting and maintenance of operating standard levels, to ensure consistent and reliable delivery from team, as well as in supporting teams in ensuring mapping and documentation of end-to-end activities.Role Description This is a Specialist position in the Quality team and responsible for ensuring implementation of Quality Control program and in improvements of teams' process documentations in a structured manner.Key responsibilitiesThese will include - 1. Help in review of Service Level standards adherence to upscale efficiency ; 2. Using and\or ensuring use of agreed templates with appropriate sampling models to capture process & service quality delivery and effectiveness of improvement measures being implemented ; 3. Upgrade and\or support upgradation of documentation of process teams with a view to enhancing quality and consistency of output ; 4. Help in providing awareness and training on Quality concepts and tools amongst the teams ; 5. Support and work closely on Projects (based on DMAIC or similar techniques) for process & service quality improvements being run by Quality or process teams 6. Collaborate with process teams in remediation efforts 7. Work within the framework of governance program and with appropriate partners such as Risk, Compliance, Legal, IT, Relationship Management, and others 8. Help in reporting status and findings to Management and Executive Team 9. Be in touch with Quality measures development in the industry and keep the team abreast of developments in this space, creating a culture of ongoing improvementEssential Skills/Experience 1. Graduate with minimum 1 year recent experience in Quality, Controls, Testing, Projects, MIS\Scorecards or Operational Risk Management areas 2. 3 years operations experience in Operations (product and service delivery) 3. Exposure to Financial Services industry 4. Formal training and\or experience in using Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO 9001, GAP, etc. methodologies 5. Ability to work in a focused and controlled manner under stringent deadlines and with shifting regulatory and compliance standards 6. Good understanding of audit and control processes 7. Very high analytical skills and ability to work with data and statistics 8. Strong computer skills 9. Strong collaboration & communication skills 10. Strong ability to work well within team, with other teams, as well as with Management Preferred QualificationsProject Management trainingMaster's level or equivalent degree or certificationRecent experience in HR or Customer Service Operations
