Acts as the primary HR advisor and coach to managers in people management & HR practicesEnables business to achieve their targets by ensuring their hiring needs are met on timeAnalyze trends in people data to determine appropriate actions Presents data and recommendations and effectively influences senior leadership to actionManages the campus hiring program and build university relations in line with the groups requirementsSuggests process improvements and seeks opportunities for innovationConnects with employees through 11 s / focus groupsIs the single face of HR to the line communication process / policies to employees, brown bag sessions etcCollaborates with other HRBPs and HR COE s to drive a variety of HR initiatives and special projectsHas experience in managing the employee life cycle activitiesDeploy and facilitate global HR programs on performance management, engagement surveys, recognition programs etcQualifications and RequirementsMasters Degree in Human Resources or Business discipline from a reputed instituteAt least 8 years of Human Resources work experience ( Post MBA) with proven high performing track recordPrefer experience within the technology industries - in a matrix, global environmentStrong desire to work and deliver results in a fast-moving, dynamic, global team-oriented environmentWillingness to work in 12 pm 9 pm shift, with flexibility to stretch based on business needsWillingness to travel for college hiring eventsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to influence, motivate and lead others effectivelyExcellent hold over MS excel, PowerPoint and other office toolsDiplomacy, Maturity and the ability to quickly establish a high level of trustProactively puts forth ideas and challenges in a thorough data-driven and fearless manner to management at all levelsLeads peers and colleagues on projects/initiativesBuilds relationships and uses nonstandard approaches to resolving issues.
