Job Details

1. Assist in the management of Human Resources administrative, operational and marketing function. Accomplish a set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meetings, writing reports, compiling data, maintaining a log book of activities and other specific duties related to the role.2. Liaise with the Human Resources team in relation with necessary follow up on queries, deadlines, requests and special functions instigated by the Human Resources Manager. 3. Implement opportunities for quality Team Building by actively participating in associate activities and also keeping track of departmental tem building activities4. Play an active part in all departmental training sessions as an attendee as well as a facilitator. 5. Ensure that all associates comply with the grooming and uniform standards.6. Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace. 7. Actively promote a work environment and service culture, which cares for guests and associates alike.8. Assist in the Recruitment, Selection and Induction Process 9. To be familiar with and knowledgeable of the Labor Code for your own understanding and to advise Associates of conditions.10. Respond to Associate requests for statements of service/earnings and take responsibility for other general inquiries. 11. Be able to understand the attendance, payroll, service charge and full and final settlement processes and liaise with other departments and vendors as required.12. Must have hands on experience on human resources systems and softwares like HRIS, Attendance Management, biometric machine, name tag machine etc. 13. Should be able to manage the joining and exit processes smoothly with a thorough understanding of the necessary formalities involved.14. Be pro-active in streamlining Human Resources Practices and sourcing new ways to improve current systems to provide WOW experience 15. Uphold the Starwood Cares culture by demonstrating the Star Service Standards at all times to guests and fellow associates.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
