Working closely with a team of HR members to handle the entire gamut of HR activities.Manage India recruiting efforts.Develop HR practices & policies in consultation with the senior management.Partner with the business on key HR programs such as the review cycle, employee engagement survey, performance management, training, and additional programs.Driving policy and program improvements while assisting management with interpretation and application of policies.Partnering with global HR team.Employee relations - Assist employees and managers in resolving issues.Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees.Complete understanding of compliances and labor laws.Monthly PayrollOnboarding and exitsTaxation & Accounts Work with the accounts team on matters related to company accounts, finance, taxation and audit requirements.Handle statutory compliance mattersHandle matters related to employee benefitsSupervise matters related to international travel for India based employees traveling outwardREQUIREMENTS5 -6 years of overall HR experienceStrong leadership skills and ability to work with minimal supervisionGraduation/Post graduation Degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resource ManagementComprehensive knowledge of salary structures and typical salary components in IndiaExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic knowledge of income tax and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) conceptsDesire and ability to learn new concepts in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and desire to contribute in a team environmentHighly organized, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
