Own and Lead end to end process delivery of various Employee life cycle Processes for Colt countries across all Business Division in Europe and AsiaLead Key HR Initiatives / projects to improve HR process delivery and drive governance for HR processes Work with and Manage stakeholders from 15 Countries for delivery of HR Operations Processes owned/ Managed by him/herTo provide strong support and ideas to HRIS team for development of HR solutionsTo lead the Global HR operations team and HR contact Centre to delivery best in class HR services within agreed SLAKey AccountabilitiesHR Operations Manager will manage our Global HR Operations team, which provides HR operations services across the whole of the employee lifecycle.We have recently implemented Success Factors and this is an excellent opportunity to design and implement a new and improved HR operations model, to include the review and application of new processes, systems and policies with a view to increasing the overall effectiveness of the GHR Operations team.The role will suit an individual who has direct experience of managing Global HR Operations and implementing change and designing and delivering new HR processes.Key responsibilities includeMaintain high levels of administrative and team performance and manage an efficient HR employee lifecycleInspire and lead the team, creatively co-ordinating their activities and measuring their successFocus on improving and creating effective HR processes and policies in line with local lawEnsure the team has the tools needed to deliver effective HR operations; implementing new tools where necessaryMonitor and improve service levels and customer satisfactionDefine benchmarks for success in HR operations and report on progressImplement continuous improvement plans and establish operational guidelines and conduct regular process reviews to deliver an efficient and consistent serviceDevelop quality control measures to ensure all of the work produced by HR Operations Administrators is verified Experience / QualificationsProblem solving & Analytical SkillsPost graduate with experience in HRExposure to team Handling SkillsStrong Excel SkillsExposure to HR ERP / HRIS viz. Oracle, Success factor s HR moduleTeam Management SkillsAbility to work in a cross cultural environmentStrong HR Domain knowledge
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
