Assist in ensuring HR compliance under applicable labor laws.Assist management in development, application and interpretation of labor relations policies, practices and procedures.Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain consistent satisfactory compliance posture.Handle internal audit queries and compliance management tools.Represent the company in arbitration hearings/ conciliation meetings.Liaison with government authorities/ consultants to obtain permission /licenses and manage statutory inspections by them. 4 - 8 years of experience in HR preferably with current role involving HR compliance and exposure to HR business partnering.
