Job Details

Degree in Engineering with majors in Computer or related discipline from a reputed/top tier institute. Expert level knowledge of Oracle Identity Management, Access Management and Workflow Management Proficient in SQL and Oracle Query In-depth knowledge IT Service Management and Software Development Life Cycle In-depth knowledge of Business process design techniques High level knowledge of various IT technologies Active Directory, Unix and LDAP. Thorough understanding of Identity and Access management, Active Directory and overall IT infrastructure landscape Oracle Identity Analytics knowledge is an added advantage. Good to have experience of working in Projects and exposure to project management techniques. Business focus with thorough appreciation of IT issues and how IT enables the banking business. Excellent oral communication and inter-personal skills. Excellent written communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, ability to think laterally and to have input to / propose detailed, complex solutions to technical issues. Self starter and highly motivated Excellent team player and able to work alone or with otherso Preferred Qualifications Hands on Experience in Oracle Identity Management. Hands on Experience in Workflow Integration or Workflow building. Hands on Experience on working in Projects and exposure to project management techniques Proven experience in Managing a Run the Bank Team. Proven experience in Managing Agreed SLA with Stake Holders on Request Queue. Proven experience in Managing Incident Queue. Strong analytical and investigation skills. Ability to resolve issues in a high-pressure and time critical environment Hands on experience on end to end Ownership of any incident reported up to stakeholder management Proven experience of managing for large scale of Integration in the system. Manage project and resource allocation Commitment to business process improvement Familiar with Information Security, Risk and ITIL concepts An excellent understanding of and strong desire to provide excellent customer experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self sufficient and motivated Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team as well as independently
