Required Experience/SkillsExperience in a Consulting role within a professional services environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Ability to quickly grasp and understand technical conceptsDemonstrate technical and people leadership on Professional Services engagements with customers and partners.Ability to communicate complex, enterprise class, technical solutions to both a technical and business audience in both group and individual settings.Able to articulate the business and technical value of NetIQ Security and Identity solutions to clients and partners.Ability to provide high level solution architecture and design capabilities during project initiation and delivery.Can provide hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation phases of our engagements.Strong team focus - looks for opportunity to share information, knowledge and experience with Identity Governance and Administration groups and partners.Skilled with leading technical projects and required technical documentation.Responsible for project documents and deliverables, including interface to the customer and detailed specifications to software fabric on these items. Lead technical engagements and small teams, working with both Internal Account Managers and customer's management / delivery teams.Must be comfortable with operating in a matrixed, as well as team environment.Must be self-motivated, self-managed and capable of multi-tasking and accepting change both in tasks and schedule. Required Technical SkillsStrong technical understanding of at least one or more of Identity Governance and Administration portfolio (i.e. Identity Manager Advanced Edition, Access Review, Access Manager, Sentinel)Understanding of the application of different Identity Governance and Administration solution capabilities including full user lifecycle management, RBAC implementation, Compliance requirements and reporting, Multi-factor and risk based authentication, single and simplified sign-onUnderstanding and good working knowledge of XML protocols and Directory Services technologies such eDirectory, LDAPUnderstanding of applying SIEM and Access Governance Architectures and technologies to audit and regulatory compliance business requirements, such as Sarbanes Oxley and PCI.Knowledge or experience of NetIQ solutions or products would be advantageous.Knowledge and experience of programming in XSLT and other languages would be an advantage.Experience in the infrastructure services required to support a large IT organization would be preferential including DNS, SMTP, LDAP, Network, host/firewall security, Unix/Wintel/LinuxAdministration, monitoring concepts, performance tuning, capacity planning, disaster recovery /business continuity planning methodologies, and storage options (NAS, SAN, etc). Required EducationA bachelor degree or related degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience) is required.OtherMust be willing to travel extensively inside the country, and occasionally internationally.Must have a valid Driving License
